Contract Administrator

Are you an intermediate Contract Administrator looking for your next contract role? We’re seeking a capable CA to join a Tier 1 builder on a major redevelopment project in Melbourne’s Southbank precinct. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a complex, large-scale project within a well-resourced team.

Location: Southbank, Melbourne (St Kilda Rd)
Rate: $45–55 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: 3–6 months
Start: Likely start on Monday 18th of May

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting contract and subcontract administration
• Progress claims and payment processes
• Preparing and reviewing variations
• Supporting procurement 
• Assisting with cost tracking and reporting
• Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors
• General CA duties across a fast-paced project
