Contract Manager

The Opportunity
My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Contract Manager to support the Divisional Manager in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Central Otago and Southland.

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for forward planning, programming, organising people and plant to ensure efficient, safe and successful project outcomes. Your work will cover a range of civil construction, drainage, roading, commercial and residential projects.
  
Role responsibilities are:

• Preparing job programmes, work instructions, and detailed project plans
• Preparing and implementing Contract Quality Plans
• Preparing and administering subcontract agreements
• Leading or contributing to tender submissions and quotations
