Designation: Contract Management Experience & Education Qualification: - B.E. Civil with Law degree (4-6 years exp) / Law graduate (6-8 years exp) Location: Head Office, Ballard Estate, Mumbai Important Parameters 1. Should have experience of working in EPC industry (State & Central govt. projects) of PWD & PHE dept. 2. Sound knowledge about Contract management 3. Must have experience & exposure in Arbitration and Risk Management 4. Should know Marathi language (Speak, Read) Job Responsibilities: A. Tendering Tender identification: Identify and track relevant tender opportunities. Tender preparation: Shall be able to thoroughly understand tender clauses. Check the pre-qualification criteria and tender requirements. Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Pre-bid meeting points.
