Role Description

Our team is growing and we currently have a role on offer for a Performance Manager, employed on a Full Time basis, working from one of our Healthcare client sites in Melbourne.
This position will report to the Key Account Manager and be working across a key Healthcare site with Key Account Managers and site supervisors, as well as our Estimators and support functions such as finance, P&C, payroll and commercial.

The key areas of focus for the role are as follows:
Oversee End-to-End Labour Management Processes: Develop, implement, and continuously improve Pacific labour management process to ensure optimal workforce deployment and efficiency across all segments.

Enhance Process Efficiencies: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement process efficiencies around the Time and Attendance (T&A) system, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and labour cost management.
