Role Description

To be able to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts that protect the company’s interests and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To be able to manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations.
To be able to identify, prepare, and submit claims related to delays, changes, disruptions, or cost overruns, supported by thorough documentation and analysis.
To be able to assess and respond to claims submitted by subcontractors or third parties, preparing defenses or rebuttals as necessary.
To be able to negotiate settlements of claims and disputes effectively, aiming for resolution while minimizing risk and cost to the company.
To be able to coordinate with legal advisors and project teams to avoid disputes or to manage dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation if needed.
