Overview

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, this newly created opportunity for a Contracts Manager , will oversee the entire procurement process, focusing on securing services that deliver the best value.

As a Contracts Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing procurement strategies for our properties, managing supplier relationships, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure procurement strategies align with overall organizational objectives.

• Establish and maintain procurement standards that meet or exceed industry benchmarks
• Provide input on material procurement for site renovations
• Create and negotiate vendor contracts on behalf of Equiton Living and ensure compliance and enforceability for these contracts
