Control Engineer

Job Title: Controls Engineer

Location: DUNCAN, SC

Duration: Long term

Degree: Professional Engineering Degree – Controls/Mechatronics related

• Main activities:

1. Torque tool program review/updates + data analysis - Atlas Copco screwdrivers or similar will work as well. IF THEY DON’T HAVE THIS, they need to have REALLY GOOD experience with VISION SYSTEMS (KEYENCE/COGNEX) and PLC programming/AB or Siemens.
2. Update documentation (templates to be provided by ZFFCN) and compare with customer specifications
3. Calculate the Cpk of the tools
4. Work with Keyence/Cognex vision systems – install-commission-program

• Knowledge needed: Bosch torque tools programming, statistics
• Soft skills: teamwork, sense of urgency
