semiconductor packaging equipment . This role focuses on achieving high-speed, high-precision motion through the development of cutting-edge control algorithms and system integration. The successful candidate will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
