Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and self-directed Controller to lead all financial operations for our growing civil engineering firm. This individual will serve as the sole accounting and finance professional, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and strategic financial support.


The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic—comfortable managing day-to-day accounting tasks while providing insights to support project profitability and company growth.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

+ Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with GAAP

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Lead month-end and year-end close processes
