Description
We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations in Conway, Arkansas. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence within the accounting team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.


Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 DOE + bonus, along with strong benefits and the opportunity to be a critical part of a growing organization!
