The opportunity

A global industrial group is hiring a Business Controller for one of its recently acquired Ontario manufacturing operations. Newly created role, reporting jointly to the Head of Finance and the General Manager. This is not a maintain-the-machine controller seat. It’s a build-the-machine seat — inside a small manufacturing business, with the backing and resources of a multinational parent. If you’ve ever wanted ownership over a finance function from the ground up without the risk of doing it at a startup, this is that role.

Why this role exists
