Description

Consultant – Governance, Controls

• Execute and support control testing, issue tracking, and governance routines across Capital Markets.

• Partner with stakeholders (trade floor, IB/CB, CAO/support teams) to gather process details, validate controls, and communicate findings.

• Contribute to control documentation, test scripts, evidence requirements, and process improvements.

Must-have

• Strong operational risk / controls experience (testing / design / execution).

• Excellent communication and ability to influence busy stakeholders.

• Comfort in fast-paced environments; can ramp with minimal hand-holding.

• Banking experience; Capital Markets exposure strongly preferred.
