Job Description: The Controls Engineer will be responsible for the electrical design on mechanical/hydraulic power stamping presses and related automation upgrades . This Includes HMI Design, PLC Design, Safety PLC Design, Hardwire Layouts, Panel Layouts, Risk Assessments, Field Device Layouts, Installation Supervision and Full Line Commissioning . Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering/technologies or technician degree or Equivalent Work Experience . Auto Cad Electrical Experienc e PLC programming experience (Rockwell, Mitsubishi and Siemens preferred) – Must Hav e Electrical hardware design and modification experienc e Experience with equipment demolition, installation, and commissionin g Ability to multitask .
