Conversational Designer

Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Conversational Designer to join our Conversational team where we are iteratively designing and developing best in class experiences for our customers. Responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across chatbots, IVR applications, messaging apps, and other conversational interfaces. Will leverage expertise in user-centered design principles, natural language processing (NLP), and conversational design methodologies to simplify complex design programs and products, converting the experiences into seamless and engaging.
