Role Description

Conveyancer – Residential Property (2+ years’ experience) – Middlesbrough
Location: Middlesbrough

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience running your own caseload

The role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

New build / shared ownership (if you’ve done it – not essential)

Title checks, reporting, and managing exchange/completion
