Role Description

Experienced Conveyancer (Residential Property)
Location: North East (Durham / Sunderland) – office-based with flexibility

Salary: Competitive + benefits (DOE)

A well-established, highly regarded North East law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property team. This is a proper “good desk, good people, plenty of work” opportunity – ideal if you want stability, support, and a sensible caseload.

The role

You’ll run your own files from start to finish, handling a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including:
Sales and purchases (freehold/leasehold)

Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

New-build and shared ownership (if you’ve done it – not essential)

Liaising with clients, agents and lenders to keep matters moving
