Role Description

Responsibilities

As an experienced Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-

  • Handling transactions from inception to post completion

  • Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices

  • Managing, updating and organising case files

  • Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders

  • Drafting legal documents, conducting searches

  • Providing advise and guidance to clients throughout the process

    • Skills required


    To be considered for our experienced Case Handler vacancy it is essential that you have:-

  • You will ideally have a minimum 2 years conveyancing case handling experience

  • Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills

  • You will have unrivalled organisational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks.
