The Role

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Cooks who are ready to take the next step and join us in Lorne. To be successful at Merivale you need to possess the following:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge.
  • Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel.
  • Good knife skills and a desire to learn.
  • An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices.
  • Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player.
