Role Description

Work PreparationAnalyze technical drawings, specifications, and production orders to prepare accurate work instructions.Define required materials, tools, and equipment for production.Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and routing sheets.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all work instructions.
Methods & PlanningDevelop and optimize manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Plan production sequences and workflows to maximize resource utilization.Collaborate with engineering to implement new technologies and processes.Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to support production planning.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
