Core AI Architect

Short Version

We need someone who turns data, problems, hopes, and wishes into solutions — and ships them. You’ll own the product thinking behind Kelluu’s internal AI tools: finding the real problems across the organisation, prototyping fast, and driving ideas from vision to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle of internal AI tools: from discovering the real problem to shipping the solution
• Dig out pain points and opportunities from across the organisation, even when people can’t articulate them yet
• Translate business context, goals, and operational hurdles into clear agent specs and priorities
• Run a tight daily loop: morning spec → agents build → afternoon review, test, iterate → repeat
• Think in outcomes and business impact, not just features and automation
• Ensure every solution is designed to scale across the organisation
• Own the finish line — not just prototy...
