Corporate Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee training programs on technical skills, soft skills, and professional development
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
• Facilitate workshops on software tools and project management
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback
• Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
• Work on-site in our Islamabad office collaborating with HR and department heads

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed)
