Job Summary
Civil Engineer (Cost and Contracts Engineer) position at LBL PRIME PROPERTIES INCORPORATED . As a Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:- Project Coordination & Management: Civil/Structural/Architectural works, MEPF works, budget and cost management, and commercial and financial tracking.
- Bidding & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities. You will also handle material submissions, ordering, procurement, and supplier/subcontractor quotation and evaluation.
- Cost Analysis & Control:
- Reviewing building plans to prepare quantity needs and material costs.
- Creating price forecasts and conducting feasibility studies.
- Finding ways to reduce project costs while ensuring value for money.
