Cost Controller

KEY OBJECTIVES:

The cost controller is a specialist project controls role responsible for the management, integrity, and consolidation of project cost, productivity, and performance data for the SMP works package at the Alkimos Desalination Project.

The position ensures that cost, schedule, and physical progress data are aligned through integration with the Site Quantity Surveyor, Project Planner, and Project Accountant, providing a single source of truth for the project.

With a strong focus on in-house labor and plant-intensive delivery, the role supports the project team by delivering timely, accurate, and structured reporting, including Cost to Complete (CTC), productivity metrics (hrs/tonne, $/tonne), and Earned Value analysis.
