Cost Manager - Industrial Constructions Projects, Monterrey
We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to support industrial construction projects across Monterrey.
Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
Review construction plans and prepare quantity take‐offs, along with contract preparation and management.
Prepare and review detailed estimates and cost plans.
Manage estimating and cost‐planning activities, take ownership of, and present the final cost plan.
Apply Value Management techniques at the outset of a project and, where appropriate, involve Turner & Townsend's specialist Value Management team.
Manage the procurement process, implement procurement and contracting strategies, participate in negotiations, and ensure all stages (pre‐qualification, enquiry, analysis, bid evaluation, cost negotiations, contract preparation) are performed effectively.
