The main missions of the role are to:
1. Strategic Leadership & Team Setup - 
Establish and lead the BG Costing Center of Excellence in India. -
 Accelerate the learning curve of existing team and new talent by facilitating & implementing a structured training program.· 
Extend and develop a multidisciplinary costing team covering Metals, plastics, foams, covers, electronics, and packaging commodities and lead towards complete scope of Costing.· 
Define governance, KPIs, and performance metrics for the India team aligned with global standards and expectations.· 
Ensure operational governance of day to day Costing activities for Acquisition, Program and serial life for full costing scope of Internal value add, BOP, tooling including CO2 assessment
