Job Description

The Council Relations Manager is responsible for delivering a high-impact, seamless, and engaging experience for members across assigned Asia Councils. This role strengthens member relationships, drives engagement and retention, and ensures the successful execution of council programs and meetings. This is a client-facing role requiring a strong balance of relationship management, operational excellence, and strategic thinking. The Council Relations Manager acts as a key connector between members, internal stakeholders, and program delivery teams to ensure maximum value from each council interaction.
