As the **Country** **People Partner Indonesia,** you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and professional support to People Leader Partners, People Leaders, and the PPS team on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. The role will focus on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service and act as a key driver of employee and labor relations strategies, contributing to organizational stability and a positive employee experience.
