We’re working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Wolverhampton looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join them ASAP on a long‑term, full‑time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. Whether you already have school experience or come from a background in coaching, mentoring, youth work, care, or support work, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be a key part of the school day, helping students stay engaged, on track, and supported while teachers are absent.
