Role Title: Graphic Designer (with Video Editing)

Permanent, Full-time role

• Design high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, website assets, landing pages, and marketing collateral
• Create and edit video content for social media and YouTube (short-form and long-form)
• Manage and grow Specbee’s YouTube channel, including thumbnails, uploads, optimization, and consistency
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually
• Work with the HR team to design internal creatives such as hiring posts, employer branding assets, and event materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and video styles that perform well
• Handle multiple projects and timelines without compromising quality
