Creative Script Writer

Responsibilities

• Research US-based B2B companies, founders, and content creators across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Identify high-performing content formats, topics, hooks, and visual styles relevant to our target audience
• Shortlist reference content ideas and explain why they work (audience, messaging, format)
• Translate research into a clear, actionable content strategy aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar with defined themes and objectives
• Work closely with designers, motion artists, and video editors to ensure content aligns with the strategy
• Continuously refine the strategy based on performance, trends, and platform behavior
• Ensure all content is audience-focused, business-relevant, and consistent in direction
