ABOUT THE ROLE

The Creative Strategy Lead owns Bija's monthly content strategy cycle. You review and approve content strategies (SPL) and photo plans across ~20 client accounts, set creative direction for campaigns and onboarding of new clients, and mentor our social media strategists. You are the quality gate between strategy and production — your decisions shape what gets shot, designed, and published every month.
