Collections Executive - German Speaking

We are hiring a German-speaking Collections Executive to join a multi-geo Collections and Recoveries team, supporting both German and UK portfolios.

This role focuses on managing arrears, maintaining professional merchant relationships, and agreeing practical repayment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections and recoveries activity across a portfolio of accounts
• Act as a primary point of contact for merchants in arrears
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as written communications
• Manage cases involving higher-value and more complex accounts
• Negotiate repayment solutions balancing customer circumstances and business needs
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
• Work closely with colleagues in a team-based environment
