Role Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our established national finance team.


This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, and passionate about delivering strong collection outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.


Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing a customer ledger

  • Conducting debt collection activities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships

  • Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting

  • Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments

  • Handling customer enquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution

  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts

  • Analysing data and preparing reports
