Role Description

CMO

Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies for Luxe local brands to build lasting relationships with high-value consumers, driving customer engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately building brand equity and sustainable growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM STRATEGY ORCHESTRATION

  • Adapt global CRM strategy to the local market and oversee their execution, resulting in more effective campaigns tailored to the specific region.
  • Maintain a clean CRM database, enrich database, execute targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data insights, leading to improved engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with Multi Div, zones and global teams, share best practices, and stay updated on CRM trends to ensure the utilization of cutting-edge CRM practices and maintain consistent strategies across markets.
