CRM Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join the regional IT team, supporting CRM and digital initiatives across SEA & New Zealand.

The role will report directly to Director & Head of IT for SEA & NZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with two CRM vendors across the region:
• Singapore-based vendor supporting client
• China-based vendor supporting client
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth product delivery and operations
• Drive product planning, execution, enhancement, and stakeholder communication
• Support regional CRM and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager, preferably within CRM, retail, or e-commerce environments
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage cross-border collaboration in a regional setup
