CRM Solutions Architect

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• At least 15 years of total experience and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.
• Experience in CRM platforms and Case Management solutions.
• Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV (Single Customer View) implementations.
• Hands-on architecture and development background in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) , including IAM, networking, and cost-aware multi-region design.
• Strong experience in Java, Python, and Spring Boot, with deep understanding of microservices and distributed system design.
• Expertise in REST API design, including security, governance, and third-party integration best practices.
• Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
