What you'll be doing

The CRO Lead will be a pivotal member of the Growth Squad, responsible for establishing, coordinating and scaling a best-in-class Growth CRO and experimentation program across the full funnel - from first click and landing pages through to checkout, onboarding and early-life engagement.

This role is instrumental in improving CAC efficiency and LTV by driving higher conversion rates throughout the user journey and increasing test velocity across teams.
