CRO Power Systems Manager

Description

1. Managing day to day CRO Power System requirements 
2. Provides senior technical leadership during operational emergencies, making timely policy and strategic decisions to support and advise the CRO Manager in critical decision making.
3. Acts as the senior responsible manager to ensure CRO Power Systems training is developed and delivered to all relevant personnel, including HRSTS staff, subcontractors, and civil works teams, in compliance with Republic Act (RA) requirements, DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) electrical safety rules, and the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
4. Ensure all competencies are maintained for CRO staff including power switching requirements via Power Supervisor 
5. Sign as authorised person for Hitachi internal training 
6. Manage the LOTO process and other electrical system processes 
7. Review and authorise switching schedules as required
