CSH Material Supply Supervisor

Position Overview

This position will oversee the supply support provided to the Cormorant Support Center (CSC) and the Cormorant SAR Helicopter (CSH) program at the Main Operating Bases (MOBs). Responsibilities include monitoring related supply activities.

What You Will Do

• Supervise the Material Supply Team, managing buyer and material supply coordinator workload and scheduling.
• Train and coach Material Supply Team personnel on procedures and processes.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain fill rates that meet operational requirements and prevent shortages and overages.
• Compile shortage reports and coordinate resolution with suppliers.
• Coordinate material requirements and management meetings with geographically dispersed operations locations and support organizations.
