**Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative**
**Location: TECNOPARQUE AZCAPOTZALCO- Mexico City**
**Type: Full-time (On-site)**
**Language : Spanish & English**
**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **High school diploma (completed).

- **Advanced English level (B2+ and above).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools (preferred).
