Job Description

A prestigious hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) Manager to oversee and manage sterilization operations within the hospital. This role ensures that all surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, sterilized and stored in compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) and JCIA (Joint Commission International Accreditation) standards .

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of infection control and expertise in CSSD best practices ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.
