TD Canada Trust looks for a Customer Experience Associate to provide excellent customer service, process financial transactions accurately, and recommend banking solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following TD’s operating procedures, regulations, and Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
