Customer Experience Specialist AMZ Prep

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns across multiple channels
• Manage and resolve complex customer issues related to FBA operations, shipping, and inventory
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics while identifying areas for improvement

• Create and maintain customer service documentation and best practices
