Responsibilities:
Support the Customer Service team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
Oversee and streamline order processing, complaint resolution, and return handling procedures.
Monitor level of service and delivery timelines, proactively identifying and implementing improvements to meet company targets.
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients regarding shipments, receivables, product availability, claims, and product range guidance.
Coordinate with transport companies and ensure accurate processing of incoming invoices.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on execution of the sales plan, launch and timing of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to agreed conditions, and preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
