Customer Program Engineer - Iberia

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Location: Madrid & Others - with 50% travel required

About the role: Customer program engineer is the essential link between Customer, Sales, R&D, Factory, external partners, and other related departments in the whole project phase from order to delivery. Customer program engineer manages multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, collaborating with intercontinental cross-functional teams and B2B customers. At BYD, Project and program management team consists of a team organized from China, Shenzhen & Europe.
