Role Description

 Customer Program Manager 
 Location:  Kortrijk, BE 
This role carries end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of products and solutions, rather than a single product. You will be accountable for the full lifecycle, from strategy definition and execution to ongoing management and eventual phase-out.

You will balance customer value, technical feasibility and business performance, acting as the single point of accountability for all product-related decisions within your scope.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product and portfolio strategy in alignment with the healthcare and segment strategy

Translate market, customer, technology and competitive insights into clear strategic choices

Set and communicate a multi-year roadmap at portfolio level

Make investment and prioritisation trade-offs and determine lifecycle positioning (invest, sustain, harvest, consolidate or exit)
