Customer quality engineer

This position can be based in cities such as Delhi and Surat or other cities (where Aiko’s key customer clusters are located).
I. Support Sales Forecasting to Secure High-Value Orders:
Support sales forecasting by obtaining high-quality, valuable industry insight information based on market conditions.
Lead customer factory audits to ensure timely customer onboarding and annual reviews.
Organize relevant department reviews to ensure high-quality signing of sales contracts covering product quality, delivery, and service.
II. Ensure Timely Delivery of High-Quality, Low-Cost Products:
Organize relevant departments to develop sample production strategies and delivery plans that meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and successful sample submission.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate transmission, internalization, and effective implementation of deliverable product quality standards that meet customer needs.
