YOUR ROLE
Coordinate required activities across multiple company disciplines to deliver timely responses to customer‑reported failures, ensuring all work is carried out with diligence, quality, and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain communication and meet the requirements of both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate activities for the implementation of containment actions and corrective actions in response to customer quality complaints.
- Provide external quality performance information to the Warranty Engineer when required.
- Support activities related to IATF 16949:2016.
