Responsibilities:
•Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to customers, drivers, and management
• Dealing with paperwork, filing, scanning, data entry
• Working on the computer using Word, Excel and Outlook
• Answer phones and take messages
• Manage visitor/contractor sign in book
• Create and manage mail shipments
• Ability to create Word/Excel documents
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Assets:
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Good communication skills and presents well
• Computer skills to use Excel, Word, Outlook
• Work well within a small team as well as work independently
• SAP/ERP experience is an asset
