Role Description

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Administrator for a 10-week contract assignment to provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department within a large manufacturing company in Guelph, ON.

This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving processes, along with experience using Visual Manufacturing and Excel.

This role is fully onsite in Guelph, ON. Reliable transportation to Guelph is required.
